All items will be shipped by Canada Post within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase. The shipping address provided at the time of checkout must be a valid and complete Canadian or US shipping address. Remote and rural address shipping fees will be determined once you have entered your postal/zip code. We reserve the right to hold orders for verification and in this case, please allow for an additional shipping delay of 2-7 business days.
These shipping fees apply to Canada & US only, except for certain rural areas and territories (i.e. Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut). Please contact customer service at Linen Closet Home at firstname.lastname@example.org

All home deliveries are now contactless, and our delivery teams will leave the product right at your doorstep. If you live in an apartment building or condominium, a building entry code must be provided at checkout to have the package delivered to your door, otherwise it will be left in the lobby with the concierge or security. If no security or concierge is present, an ATTEMPT sticker will be left at your building lobby with a contact number. Please email us at email@example.com if you have any questions about your delivery.
All items are final sale, unless damaged or an error occurred on the part of LINEN CLOSET HOME. We personally inspect and hand place each piece into the packaging so no damage or error should occur. However, in the unlikely event that you find your product to be damaged or incorrect, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48hrs of receiving your package with pictures of the damaged items and, if your request qualifies for a return, we will provide further instructions on how to proceed. Please note, any items that are deemed damaged by LINEN CLOSET HOME, based on your photos, will be exchanged for the same exact item purchased originally, or if that item is out of stock, you will receive a credit for the original amount to be used towards another purchase. Absolutely no refunds will be given for any reason.
All promotional items and electronic gift cards are Final Sale and are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and do not qualify for a credit.
All information you provide through the Web Site, including registration information (name and email address), payment information (credit card numbers and expiration dates), and transaction-related information, must be true, accurate, current, and complete. You must also provide LINEN CLOSET HOME with updated registration information and payment information within 30 days of any changes.
LINEN CLOSET HOME will rely on the information you provide. You will be solely responsible and liable for any and all loss, damage, and additional costs that you, LINEN CLOSET HOME or any other person may incur as a result of your submission of any false, incorrect or incomplete information or your failure to update your registration information and payment information within 30 days of any change. LINEN CLOSET HOME may require a copy of a government-issued form of identification before making any changes to your registration information.
